As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about the property and pest issues.
• Ensure that Pest Protect 360 representatives have safe and unobstructed access to the areas requiring treatment.
• Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by Pest Protect 360 to ensure the effectiveness of the service.
• Notify Pest Protect 360 immediately if the treated area experiences any issues or if the pests return.

Pest Protect 360 stands behind the quality of our services. If pests return within the guaranteed period after treatment, we will re-treat the area at no additional cost, subject to the following conditions:

• The service guarantee is valid only if the customer follows all instructions and recommendations provided by Pest Protect 360.
• The guarantee may not apply if the property undergoes significant changes, such as renovations, that affect the treated areas.

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers.
• Late payments may result in additional charges and/or suspension of services.

• You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.
• Pest Protect 360 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control.

• Pest Protect 360 is committed to providing safe and effective pest control services. However, we are not liable for any damages or injuries that result from the misuse of our products or failure to follow instructions.
• Our liability for any damages related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service provided.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Coachella County.
